Hi, I'm Carly! I am an Occupational Therapist and am NBCOT certified. I have experience working in various settings, including adult outpatient neuro, acute care, home & community, and private practice serving pediatric populations. I specialize in treating neurological disorders, primarily traumatic brain injury and stroke. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome. I am passionate about providing client-centered care, determining appropriate modifications and environmental supports, and achieving functional progress to improve the quality of life for all individuals. Occupational therapy is special to me as it promotes working toward measurable goals while emphasizing an individual's strengths and current abilities. I live in Rockford with my husband, six-month-old daughter, and our French bulldog. I enjoy spending time at my family's cottage on Gun Lake, interior decorating, and antiquing. I love being a part of Rockford Speech Therapy and serving our community!
